Admin will contact you via whatsapp / email with a collection number and exact address upon order completion. Please allow 4-11 working days for production.

Shipping Information:

We offer local door to door courier within Gauteng, National & Outlying Area courier

  • Maximum volumetric size of A3 bag .

  • Delivery takes 1-2 working days from dispatch of order.

  • A Tracking number will be sent through upon order dispatch.

  • All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary upon address confirmation.

  • Shipping & Transit Liability Disclaimer- All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch. Upon collection by the nominated courier, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer. Black Dog Branding shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or deterioration of goods occurring during transportation by a third-party courier or freight service. Customers are required to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, or loss must be noted upon receipt (where applicable) and reported directly to the courier within the timeframe prescribed by the courier's claims policy. Black Dog Branding cannot process or accept liability for claims relating to damage or loss that occurs while goods are in transit. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a strict no returns policy on any personalised / custom items. Should your order not meet your expectations contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to try help resolve this. Exchanges on stock items can be arranged provided item is unused and still in original packaging.

Return Method: Should your order not meet your expectations please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your order will need to be returned to one of our collection points where we will then assess it and once the order is corrected we will then courier it back to you at our cost. Please note, we can arrange for collection of the returned product however that will be at your own cost.
